Jerry Feldman - Chief Executive Officer

Jerry Feldman is the founder and CEO of CallSource, the industry leader in call tracking and recording, business analytics, telephone performance analysis, and learning management technologies. A natural entrepreneur, Feldman began his career as an attorney in New York. His wide range of accomplishments includes farming, new home construction, and Rentline, an innovation in lead generation marketed to the multifamily rental industry. Rentline also introduced the patented technology that would later evolve into the metric-driven powerhouse CallSource is today.

Feldman is the recipient of several awards including; California Entrepreneur of the Year by the Business Defense and Advisory Council of American Solutions for Winning the Future, the Economic Engine Award from the Valley Economic Alliance, and the Most Innovative Use of Technology, by the Apartment Association of Metro Denver's Tribute Award which recognizes "the best and the brightest in the industry." "At CallSource, our mission is to train and educate people and companies to successfully meet the needs of the 21st century on a global scale. I'm honored to have been chosen for these awards simply for following my passion for education and lifelong learning," states Feldman.

Feldman is also the driving force behind PrideAmerica, an initiative launched by CallSource to help train, mentor, and place veterans seeking civilian jobs. Partnering with the National Apartment Association, CallSource volunteers its resources, including a learning management system, to ensure veterans enter the multifamily industry fully qualified. "As an immigrant to America, I feel I owe a debt for the opportunities I've been fortunate enough to have received. PrideAmerica is my way of repaying this obligation."

Elliot Leiboff - President

Elliot Leiboff is the President and co-founder of CallSource, the industry leader in call tracking and recording, business analytics, telephone performance analysis, and learning management technologies. He graduated, with honors, from UCLA in 1974. He earned a Juris Doctor degree at the University of San Diego School of Law in 1977. Prior to CallSource, Elliot was a practicing attorney who also directed his entrepreneurial energies into businesses in the manufacturing, distribution, retail, and service sectors.

Leiboff is passionate about ensuring CallSource's continued success. "Our customer relationships are built on trust and it's important for that trust to extend to all aspects of our operation. CallSource introduced call tracking to the business world more than twenty years ago. And with Results, we're really the first and only metric-driven solution to integrate marketing, sales, analytics, and training into one cohesive platform."

Deanna Kawasaki - Sr. Vice President Operations

Deanna Kawasaki is the Senior Vice President of Operations at CallSource. Deanna possesses a unique and exceptional skill set of statistical expertise and strategic business knowledge with over 20 years of tactical, quantitative operations. She has developed statistical models that quantify a customer's current and potential value, created service level tiers based on customer value, operational capacity, customer behavior and growth revenue strategies. Deanna has developed customer profiles and segmentations, demand and capacity forecasts and new product launch projections. In addition she has designed scorecard metrics, defined industry benchmarks and performed numerous other statistical analysis on such topics as media impact, campaign effectiveness, price sensitivity, attrition and cannibalization. Further, she has helped companies to better understand the driving factors affecting their customer acquisition and retention programs including new product releases, multi-channel delivery methods, seasonality, competition, market trends and consumer behavior. Deanna has experience in both the B2B and B2C realms. Many companies have benefitted from her extraordinary mix of quantitative knowledge, strategic planning and operational excellence. Companies she has helped include NCR, Amgen, Mattel Toys, Disney, Match.com, AT&T Wireless, Countrywide Financial, Bank of America, MGM-Mirage, AAA, Bausch-Lomb, EBay, Yahoo!, and Overture Services. In addition, she has served as a subject matter expert for the CRM thought leaders, The Peppers and Rogers Group, with clients such as Ford Automotive Group, E*Trade and Nordstrom's.

Deanna graduated with honors from the University of North Carolina with a Bachelors and Masters in Biostatistics. 

Dr. Ann Kwinn - Vice President of Interactive Learning for CallSource

Dr. Ann Kwinn, has over 20 years experience in all aspects of eLearning. She has worked on more than 35 high-end eLearning programs, some award-winning. Prior to joining CallSource, she served as partner and director of eLearning for Clark Training and Consulting where she not only managed the firm's eLearning Certification Program, but also wrote and delivered courses. She has often consulted in needs assessment, instructional design and eLearning for such Fortune 500 clients as: Microsoft, Wells Fargo, Lockheed, Verizon, and Bristol Meyers Squibb.

Dr. Kwinn holds a PhD in Instructional Technology from USC, was a research fellow at the Education Testing Service, and a teacher at UC Irvine. She has written more than 40 articles and book chapters and is co-author (with Ruth Clark) of the book, The New Virtual Classroom: Evidence-Based Guidelines for Synchronous eLearning, and the Guild Research 360 Report on Synchronous Learning Systems. Kwinn is a frequent speaker at conferences, tradeshows, meetings, webinars, as well as being an online faculty member of Bellevue University.

Tim Gomoll - Vice President, Sales

Over the past 5 ½ years at CallSource, Tim has advised a wide range of clients in home improvement, automotive, healthcare, financial services, and advertising industries.  Tim is passionate about family, life, teaching, and being devoted to the continuous growth and success of himself and those around him in both their personal and professional lives.  Tim currently oversees sales, business development, and new strategic partnerships for CallSource.  In the past, Tim has held various positions such as Regional Sales Manager, Director of Financial Services, and Director of Business Development.
